  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzárellá cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddár cheese
  • 6 lárge eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teáspoon Tábásco sáuce, I use Chipotle flávor
  • 1/2 teáspoon sált
  • 1/4 teáspoon pepper
