Make your own healthy vegan pumpkin cheesecakes with only a few simple ingredients. They are vegan, dairy free and gluten free and the perfect serving size!

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Nuts & Seeds
  • 2 cups Walnuts
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1/2 Cheesecake mixture

  • 1/2 cup Water, filtered
